As I begin my job hunt there are a lot of factors I'm considering such as what kind of position I'm interestead in. Operating as an executive building the IT business for Booz Allen in several locations for the past 10 years has been great! During that time I've been able to help client's solve their technical challenges and I've been a catalyst for others to expand their careers. But this role has taken me away from something I always enjoyed, writing software and fielding systems that make computers work for people.
